The purpose of the My BT One App is to provide an introduction to the BT Global Services portfolio of unified communication and collaboration solutions. It has embedded video content which you can view offline and a number of links to relevant online material, including datasheets on each of the four key areas with BT One: • One Voice helps you improve your voice technology, cut costs and simplify admin with one network and one supplier. • One Enterprise is our range of on-site IP Telephony and Unified Communications (UC) solutions including devices. Maintaining and integrating with legacy infrastructure, we’ll make sure you only pay for what you need, when you need it. • One Cloud is our hosted service which is easy and cost-effective to set up across different sites and different countries, enabling you to start saving straight away. • One Collaborate delivers audio, video, web conferencing and streaming, as integrated services to support your organisation’s unified communications strategy. We help people collaborate more effectively, to speed up decision making and reduce travel and associated costs. By clicking on the left icon, you will be given the option to either send the content as a link to an email address or view the content on your device. The first time you use it you will be prompted to register an email address which can then be used as an address to send and information to. This is optional, it can be added and changed within the application at any time.
