The Russian Squat Routine is an 8 week leg workout designed for those who are in a squat rut or for those looking to increase their max.
This is the "Russian Squat Routine for Masters" which is a modified version of the well known original in that legs are worked 2x per week instead of 3x. This allows more time for recovery and puts less negative stress on the body.
This program is split into two sequential phases. Phase 1 is a 4 week high volume routine and Phase 2 is a 4 week high intensity routine. Just plug in your max once and the complete routine will be filled in for you.
