Make It or Break It is an application to help you modify habits in your life. Whether you want to quit smoking or start an exercise routine, this application can help you by gradually increasing or decreasing your habits over a time span of your choosing. By entering in the Habit information and when you allow yourself to participate in those habits, this application will alert you when the next habit event should occur.
