Especially in the Samsung world VMG files come in many different flavors. If VMG Converter cannot parse your messages, the message file format is probably not (yet) supported. TROUBLESHOOTING* If the time is wrong on the message list, the VMG files may have their time expressed in some other timezone than UTC. Change the time zone in settings to your local time zone.* If the time is set to import date and time in your message inbox after import, turn on "Refresh threads" setting to update conversation thread date and do the import again. KNOWN ISSUES- Does not support import on all Android devices due to variations in messaging implementations across different Android phone manufacturers.
